Payments
- All payments made on getyourcab.in for booking cab services are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking in compliance with RBI guidelines.
- All transactions are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable GST under the registered GST details:

- Payment confirmation will be sent via email/SMS once the transaction is successfully completed.
Cancellation and Returns
- 24 hours prior cancellation: No cancellation charges will apply.
- Within 24 hours of pickup:
- Multi-Day Trip: Charges for the first day will be deducted; the balance will be refunded.
- Single Day Trip / Airport Transfer: No refund will be issued.
- Airport Transfer: No cancellation charges if cancelled at least 2 hours before pickup time.
Refunds
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.
